Acquired from AT&T in 2015, the 10-story office building located in Oakland’s vibrant Uptown neighborhood underwent a complete renovation that was completed in 2019.

Exterior improvements included all new glazing systems increasing building energy efficiency and access to natural light, new ground floor retail storefront, and office lobby entry.

Interior improvements included all new elevators, all new HVAC equipment, all new electrical distribution, fully upgraded plumbing and fire protection, and a new stair core with roof access.

The completed building was sold to BART in 2019.
