Lane Partners acquired the 84,560 SF building in 2007.
The building is well located in San Jose’s Golden Triangle, and offered the opportunity for repositioning through renovation of the entrance and lobby.
Soon after the renovation was complete, British Aerospace (BAE Systems) leased 100% of the building. In addition, BAE hired Lane Partners to manage its $4.1 million tenant improvement project. BAE’s extensive project took the building from warm shell condition to state-of-the-art office space, and included installation of new building systems and a passenger elevator. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification for Commercial Interiors and is awaiting certification upon completion of the project.
The project was sold in 2010.
