B Street South will consist of a 5-story building that includes office, retail, and residential uses on an entire city block at the site of the current Draeger’s Supermarket in San Mateo. B Street South is 3 blocks from a Caltrain bullet stop and surrounded by over numerous amenities, including restaurants, retailers, and Central Park, in Downtown San Mateo. Sustainability is a focus throughout the project with a proposed Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) building type and all-electric programming.
