Lane Partners acquired this 6 building 315,000 square foot campus in San Jose as part of a joint venture in June 2012. Four of the six buildings are leased and a full-scale renovation plan for the vacant buildings and landscaping was competed in the fall of 2014

The buildings were sold in 2017.
