Parkline will consist of at least 800 housing units and up to 1M square feet of commercial space in new office/R&D buildings on the 63-acre current SRI Campus in Menlo Park.  The project will be constructed in phases as current tenants in existing buildings are consolidated and relocated.  Sustainability is a focus throughout the campus, with all-electric and LEED-certified buildings and ample pedestrian and bicycle connections to transit.
