Acquired in June 2021, the 12.8-acre waterfront campus had two existing buildings—a five-story and an eight-story office tower totaling approximately 276,000 square feet—and is located across the Sanchez Channel from the new Meta Oculus campus.

In October 2021, the project achieved City of Burlingame entitlements for a new 261,000 square foot, eight-story third building and a new parking structure, located between the two existing buildings.  The new building is all-electric, LEED Gold, and contains enhanced infrastructure for lab use.

• Meta signed a long-term lease for the entire 537,000 square foot campus in November 2021.
• The lease won the San Francisco Business Times 2022 Deal of the Year Award.
• Construction commenced in March of 2022 and was completed in August of 2024.
