Sunnyvale Crossing

Lane Partners acquired this seven building 290,000 square foot corporate campus directly from Maxim Semiconductor in 2010. The campus is located in Sunnyvale, CA on the corner of N. Wolfe and Kifer. The business plan called for full-scale interior and exterior renovations for all seven buildings. The work commenced in March, 2012.
