Terraline will consist of two 27-story office towers in the heart of Downtown Bellevue with unobstructed views to Mt. Rainier and the Cascades. Located across from the new downtown Bellevue light-rail station opening in 2023, Terraline will feature several 100,000 SF contiguous podium office levels over 80,000 SF of terraces providing access to fresh air and nature throughout both towers.
